Applicants shortlisted after the review of CVs and the received application forms are invited for interviews. We select only those candidates whose qualification to the best possible extent match the requirements specified in the job offer.
The first interview is conducted by a person from the Human Resources Management Department, who will want to learn about your work experience, education, skills and abilities and also about your expectations towards our company and reasons why you are applying for this particular post.
On this stage, except the interview, you will be asked to do tests checking your factual knowledge required for the applied job position and fill in personality questionnaires, and also your language skills will be checked.
On this stage you will be interviewed by your future superior (in case of managerial posts - also by the Human Resources Manager) in order to recognize mutual expectations and terms of employment.
After this interview a decision on potential future cooperation shall be taken.
